We offer a selection of fresh assorted sandwiches and wraps. Our selection includes: - Roast beef with sharp cheddar, lettuce and tomatoes - Smoked turkey with Havarti cheese, lettuce and tomatoes - Honey ham with Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomatoes - Locally sourced eggs for our egg salad - Albacore tuna salad - Vegetarian with cream cheese Please choose one of the following: Made from scratch soup creations, Crisp Vegetables and Ranch dip, or tossed Gourmet Greens with veggie garnish and balsamic vinaigrette on the side. All lunches include: Freshly baked Cookies and Squares Assorted cold juices, soft drinks or freshly brewed Source coffee and Teas. We can box this lunch individually if required!  

All our sandwiches are prepared fresh daily - Selection Includes: - Assorted sandwiches and/or wraps paired with artisan green salad dressed with balsamic vinaigrette. Choose between a 100% juicy Alberta beef burger grilled to perfection; a grilled 5oz chicken breast ( G/F) or a delicious Veggie burger. Sides include homemade potato salad or a fresh creamy Caesar salad followed by freshly baked cookies and squares. Our chili spiced ground beef is seasoned to perfection or you may prefer chili seasoned Chicken. Your meal is accompanied with Mexican rice garnished with sweet peppers and green onions - Sides also include shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, pickled banana Peppers - grated Monterey Jack and cheddar Cheese - Salsa, Avocado Dip, Sour Cream. We kick off your Souvlaki Lunch preparation by making our famous hummus and zesty tzatziki completely from scratch. They are the perfect complement to your chicken or vegetarian skewers and vibrant lemon rice pilaf. Choose between a Lemon-Herb Chicken & Havarti Ciabatta — Juicy roasted chicken breast paired with creamy Havarti, crisp cucumbers, and fresh greens, elevated with a zesty pesto aioli on local ciabatta bread or a Vegetarian Roasted Veggies with our House made Hummus on a local ciabatta bun. Your sides include a seasonal quinoa salad with crunchy veggies, fresh herbs and a honey – herb vinaigrette as well as freshly made fruit cup. Freshly baked cookies and sparkling water is also included. This meal is individually boxed and a great option for a Lunch and Learn session.
