The Light Break package offers a refreshing and wholesome selection designed to re-energize your guests. Enjoy a colourful fresh fruit platter filled with seasonal sliced fruits and berries, paired alongside wholesome trail bars for a perfect energy boost. Guests can also enjoy a variety of assorted fruit yogurts.  The beverage service offers apple and orange juice as well as freshly brewed "Wolverine" Dark Roast Coffee, which is proudly Certified Organic (OCIA), and complemented by an elegant selection of assorted Tazo teas.

The El Paso Break brings a vibrant, savoury twist twith a delicious selection of Southwestern-inspired refreshments. This package features crisp, crunchy corn tortilla chips served alongside a trio of flavorful dips: tangy salsa and sour cream, rich and creamy guacamole, and a savory cumin bean dip. To perfectly balance the bold flavors, the break is completed with a refreshing, chilled selection of cold juices, and a selection of soft drinks.

We offer a colourful and refreshing presentation of assorted sweet melons, crisp golden pineapple, and the freshest seasonal fruits and berries.

  The High Tea Elegance package features a delicate balance of sweet and savoury classics. The service begins with a presentation of fresh seasonal fruit and berries, served alongside rich clotted cream. Guests will then enjoy a traditional assortment of four-cut, crustless tea sandwiches, featuring elegant fillings including cream cheese and cucumber, salmon salad with dill, egg salad, and ham and Swiss cheese with pickle relish. Accompanying the sandwiches is a warm selection of savoury mini quiches—including cheese, spinach, and ham variations—as well as assorted mini scones in cheese & herb, Craisin, orange & cinnamon, and traditional raisin, all served with butter and preserves. The experience concludes on a sweet note with a decadent selection of elegant bars, tarts, and cookies, all perfectly paired with a curated menu of gourmet black and herbal teas.

We provide professional coffee service for events of all sizes, from intimate small business meetings up to large gatherings of 1,000 people. Our certified organic (OCIA) organic  "Wolverine Dark Roast"  coffee is extremely popular with our clients. May we also suggest assorted freshly baked cookies and squares for an additional $4.50 per person. "

We offer a premium tea station elevates any gathering by offering a comforting, customizable experience for your guests. Our service features a curated selection of robust black teas and soothing herbal botanicals, with each pot steeped using 10 premium tea bags to guarantee a rich, full-bodied brew. To ensure a seamless event, every order arrives fully equipped with cups, fresh milk, sugar, sweeteners, and stir sticks, allowing everyone to craft their perfect cup. May we also suggest assorted freshly baked cookies and squares for an additional $4.50 per person.
